With climate change continuing to spark more and more natural disasters, and post-Covid stress having many of us concerned about another pandemic, there's never been a better time to start planning for a possible emergency. After all, mass panic often ensues over weather events, viruses, or potential conflagration, leaving store shelves barren as people stock food and water.
