ATスルーハイクには何を持っていく？
私の名前はリンネ。ここ数年、その疑問について考え続けてきた。私はキッチンスケールを使って、パックに入れるものの重さを量っている。私は身長178cmで、何ヶ月もパックを背負って怪我をしないようにしたいのです。その結果、各アイテムの重さ、いくらお金をかけてもいいのか、どんな快適アイテムがないと困るのかのバランスを考えながら、ギアのリサーチに何ヶ月も費やしてきた。
このような妥協の結果、私のギアリストは13.93ポンドとなった。
