親愛なるLAistの読者のために、私はさらに一歩踏み込む。最近、蚊のコーチェラとして知られる裏庭で数日間、ロサンゼルス・リバーの横に身を横たえて、蚊除け技術やそうでないものを使って、あの厄介な足首を刺す蚊から身を守れるかどうか試してみた。

(夏は終わっても、蚊のシーズンは11月まで続く。）
